Chantilly Cream Cake with Berries

Description

This cake is made with 2 layers of vanilla cake, filled with a mixed berry filling and fresh cut berries, topped with Chantilly cream, and decorated with whole berries and edible gold. EVERYTHING is made from scratch. It’s incredible how light this cake feels and tastes, while also being heavy enough to fill your belly. The pairing of the fresh berries and Chantilly cream (butter + cream cheese + Mascarpone cheese + whipped cream) is unmatched.
