Terms and Conditions
Welcome to G-Ma’s Goodies LLC. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
General
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all sales made by G-Ma’s Goodies LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you, the customer (“you”, “your”).
1.2. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.3. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Orders
2.1. All orders must be placed at least 21 days in advance. All orders placed within 4-20 days of pickup/delivery date will be subject to a 15% rush fee. All orders placed within 0-3 days of pickup/delivery date will be subject to a 30% rush fee.
2.2. Orders can be placed via website, phone, email, or Facebook Messenger. Requests for quotes do not confirm your order. Payment of deposits is required to confirm your order.
2.3. A non-refundable deposit of 25% and a refundable deposit of 25% are required to confirm your order. For orders less than $250, the balance is due upon delivery or pick-up. For orders $250 or greater, the balance is due 3 days before delivery or pick-up.
2.4. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
2.5. Designs are ultimately up to our discretion. Inspirational pictures received will not be replicated exactly.
Pricing and Payment
3.1. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.
3.2. All prices are in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.
3.3. Payment can be made via cash, credit or debit card, Venmo or Cash App.
Delivery and Pick-Up
4.1. Delivery is available within 50 miles of home-based bakery for a fee of $1.00 per mile.
4.2. Orders can be picked up at agreed location during the specified pick-up times.
4.3. We are not responsible for any damages to the product once it has left our premises or has been delivered.
Cancellations and Refunds
5.1. Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery date to receive a refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
5.2. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 10 days before the pick-up or delivery date. Store credit may be granted, depending on circumstances.
5.3. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
6.1. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of placing your order.
6.2. While we take all necessary precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.
Liability
7.1. Our liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
7.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your order.
Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
