Meat Kolaches – Thanksgiving

The OG! The reason for this business, the product that brings me the most joy, the most sentimental pastry I make, and hands down the tastiest and most comforting item on the menu! I have made kolaches my entire life (I’m not kidding!) and have been able to perfect the recipe my G-Ma passed down to me. If you have never tried a kolache before, order some now so you can mark that off your bucket list!

While these are not technically kolaches, that is the common name. The Czech name for this treat is a klobasnek; however, regardless of what you call it… it’s delicious and so filling! These make the breakfast, meaty snack, light lunch, or on-the-go treat.

We always use Holmes sausage and large pieces of cooked ham sandwich meat. After experimenting with several different types and brands of meat, these have always stuck out as the best combo.

Contains: Milk, Eggs, Wheat

Keep meat items in fridge or freezer to avoid spoilage. Set them on a plate or paper towel to heat them up and they’re good as new.
